# Installing the Enterprise Package

> Octelium documentation. Canonical page: <https://octelium.com/docs/octelium/latest/install/cluster/enterprise>.

## Installation

You can install the latest version of the enterprise package via the `octops install-package` command as follows:

```bash
octops install-package <DOMAIN> --package octeliumee
```

To install a specific version, use the `--version` flag:

```bash
octops install-package <DOMAIN> --package octeliumee --version <VERSION>
```

By default, the command uses the kubeconfig at `$HOME/.kube/config` or the path set by the `KUBECONFIG` environment variable. You can explicitly set the file path and context via the `--kubeconfig` and `--kubecontext` flags. These flags also apply when upgrading the package:

```bash
octops install-package <DOMAIN> --package octeliumee --kubeconfig </PATH/TO/KUBECONFIG> --kubecontext <CONTEXT>
```

> **Note:**
>
> If you're installing a new *Cluster* via the quick installation guide [here](https://octelium.com/docs/octelium/latest/overview/quick-install.md), add `--enterprise` to the `./install-cluster.sh` command instead. You can select a package version via `--enterprise-version`. For an existing quick installation, use `--kubeconfig /etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml` with `octops`.

## Upgrading the Package

You can upgrade the enterprise package to the latest version by adding the `--upgrade` flag:

```bash
octops install-package <DOMAIN> --package octeliumee --upgrade
```

To upgrade to a specific version, also set the `--version` flag:

```bash
octops install-package <DOMAIN> --package octeliumee --upgrade --version <VERSION>
```
